We are pleased to announce that Jens Pohl has taken on the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Smart Battery Solutions GmbH as of 1 September.

He strengthens the management body as managing partner, having already been a member of the company’s supervisory board since January 2020, in order to further drive the growth course.

The 54-year-old graduate engineer and business economist has many years of strategic and operational experience in various industries and functions.

Jens Pohl has already held top management positions in international DAX corporations, digital media companies, globally positioned family businesses and engineering service providers.

His industry expertise includes the automotive industry, aviation industry, railway, IT and digital media as well as the consulting industry.
