Looking to the future: Smart Battery Solutions uses AI and simulations in battery development

SBS batteries are usually manufactured in very large quantities in our own factory, which makes a very stable design essential. SBS uses modern simulation techniques, e.g. for shock, vibration and electrothermics, to gain insights into the behaviour of the product even before the real tests are carried out during development.
Based on the simulations, the designs can be optimized to minimize the effort and costs for the production of prototypes. With regard to the necessary certifications, this can save time and costs in product development.
